About Netra

She's Been
Where You Are.

Hi, I'm Netra. I grew up in Gujarat, India, topped my dental class, won a Colgate Award, and spent five years convinced that coming to the US was not for someone like me. The exams felt impossible. The finances felt out of reach. So I didn't even try.

After two years working as a general dentist back home, something shifted. The pay, the respect, the day-to-day reality of it. It did not match the years I had poured into my education. I decided to come to the US. And then spent eight months alone trying to figure out how.

I landed at Rutgers in January 2024 with no roadmap and no mentor. The next few months were expensive lessons. Two to three months wasted on the wrong INBDE resources. Money spent on things that did not work. Eventually I built my own study plan and notes from scratch, and passed INBDE on my first attempt in August 2024.

Then came the CAAPID cycle. Kira prep, Casper, bench setup at home, flights to multiple schools for interviews. I figured all of it out by myself, again. In November 2025, I got accepted to NYU College of Dentistry. I started in January 2026.

Dental Sprint exists because not a single platform I found during my journey was run by someone who had actually done it themselves, recently. Every coach I came across had either graduated years ago or was not even a dentist. I did not trust them. You should not have to go through what I went through. Everything I figured out the hard way is now yours.
