I know this journey. I've been there. The application cycle, the exam cycle — it's overwhelming. It drains you financially, emotionally, and mentally. But here's what I learned and what I share with every student in my INBDE Sprint program: you're capable of more than you think.
First, stop doubting yourself. You didn't come this far to come this far. Second, choose consistency over perfection. Even small daily efforts will push you closer to that acceptance letter. Third, block the noise. Everyone will have opinions, but follow your strategy and stay focused on your goal. Fourth, ask for help. You don't have to do this alone — the right guidance and mentorship can save months of stress and mistakes. Fifth, protect your mental health. It's okay to pause, breathe, and come back stronger. This exam is part of your life, not your entire life.
If nobody told you this today: you are enough. You can do this. I'm always here rooting for you — not just with study plans and resources, but with the motivation and push you need on the hard days. If you're ready to stop doing this alone, reach out. Let's conquer this together.
